To request a repair, you must access the Customer Portal through the following link:
If the equipment is within the warranty period, you must upload the invoice or purchase document.
After registration, you will receive a label for free shipping (even for out-of-warranty processes), which must be glued to the outside of the package in which the equipment must have been properly packed.
Collection must be requested directly from the carrier, following the instructions on the label.
